Abstract: The present study deals with the extremely topical issue of the impact of the three ongoing crises on selected business sectors. Its main objective is to examine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the military conflict in Ukraine and the energy crisis on selected business sectors in Slovakia in the context of personnel management. Information on the impact of these crises on the selected sectors was obtained by questionnaire method in cooperation with the Republic Union of Employers and the Association of Hotels and Restaurants of Slovakia. Thus, in the example of 78 enterprises from the selected sectors, it was found that the most significant impact on these sectors was the impact of the pandemic and the energy crisis. In the conclusion of the study, we present proposals aimed at an integrated management model that considers the current state of the enterprises in the selected sectors after the impact of these crises has been felt.
